Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Stolen Packages

7:55 Active is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an address mistake, email support@755active.com immediately. We’ll try to update it if your order hasn’t shipped yet.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@755active.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help.
