Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@755active.com and we’ll make it right.
Are the socks true to size?
Our socks are designed to comfortably fit US women’s sizes 6–9. Thanks to the soft elastic stretch, many customers with slightly larger sizes have also found them to fit well.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How should I wash the socks?
To keep your socks looking and feeling their best, machine wash cold and air dry. Avoid heat drying to protect the grip and fabric stretch.
